Refund policy

At Dirty Dog, we stand behind our products and do what we can to ensure our human and four-legged customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. That being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly process a return for you within the first 30 days of your purchase.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase or the eligibility of your return, please email our team at info@dirtydogproducts.com.

PLEASE NOTE: we are a small company with flat rate shipping on all our outbound packages, so we are not able to offer free returns as well. 

Once you have connected with our team regarding your return, please follow the steps blow to process your return: 

1. Securely re-package your items (using the original packaging if still available)
2. Include a note with your name & order number
3. Use the carrier of your choice and send your package to this address
